What to expect at my appointment:
You will be seen by a competent and experienced GP who will be able to view your medical record from your regular practice (you will be asked for consent when you book the appointment). The GP you see will be able to request:

-
Blood Tests
-
Referrals to be completed by your surgery

Scans
-
Any other requests can be sent to your surgery for action.
How to book an appointment:
Please call the surgery you are registered with to book an appointment. If you are trying to see a GP at your practice but there are no appointments you should be offered an Extended Access Appointment. If you aren't offered an appointment please ask as all the surgeries have access to this service.

How to cancel an appointment:
If you find that you no longer need your appointment or you cannot attend the appointment you have booked, please call your GP practice if they are open or the dedicated Extended Access cancellation line which is 07864 652026.
