Sara Atkinson
DHPL Director
Dr Atkinson studied Natural Sciences at Cambridge University, Girton College and then went on to study medicine at Imperial College London.
She did GP Training in Buckinghamshire and joined Rothschild House Group as a GP in 2020.
Dr Atkinson has been GP Partner at Rothschild House group for 4 years and is PCN Clinical director representing alpha PCN (RHG, Manor Street and Gossom's End surgeries).
She is also a GP Trainer for the Buckinghamshire VTS and sits on the Hertfordshire LMC commitee.
Meelan Trivedy
DHPL Director & Chair
Meelan has been a GP partner at Bennetts End Surgery for 11 years. Meelan is a GP trainer, prescribing lead and mentor of clinical pharmacists. He is the clinical lead for Opthalmology at HVCCG with experience in commissioning.
Mark Jones
Board Member
Mark is a member of the DHP Board, and his role is to ensure the Company’s legal obligations are met. He is currently Managing Partner in one of our member practices. Prior to this, he had over 20 years management experience in the clinical diagnostics industry, developing commercial products for blood screening and the diagnosis of disease.
Seraj Anwer
DHPL Director
Dr Anwer qualified from Himalayan University, India in 2000; he went on to do Surgical Training in Wales for 5 years. He completed his General Practice Training in the West Herts VTS and acquired his MRCGP from Royal College of London in 2009.
He has been a Full Time Partner at Lincoln House since 2011. Besides working as a full time GP, Dr Anwer is the Clinical Director of Delta Primary Care Network (representing Lincoln House, Bennetts End, Kings Langley, Haverfield and Archway Surgery).
He is also a qualified GP tutor for Imperial College London. He is one of the four Dacorum GP Representatives at the LMC.
Dr Anwer is also the Dementia Champion and IT Lead at the practice. He has specialist interests in minor surgery, joint injections & child health.
His hobbies include watching football, nature photography, a love for gadgets and spending time with his family on long nature walks.
Rebecca Asquith
DHPL Director
Dr Rebecca Asquith is a GP Partner at Fernville Surgery in Hemel Hempstead and the Clinical Director for Beta PCN Dacorum (representing Fernville, Everest House and Parkwood Drive surgeries). She has worked at Fernville for 15 years and became a partner in 2019. She went to medical school in Southampton and did GP training in Portsmouth where she also worked for a year before moving to Hertfordshire in 2011.
Rebecca has a special interest in women's health. She is a Faculty Registered Trainer for the College of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare and as part of this role teaches other clinicians how to do contraceptive coil and implant fitting. Rebecca also runs a clinic for the removal of deep/impalpable implants and works in a menopause clinic outside of the NHS.
Outside of work Rebecca enjoys time with her family, going to the gym, reading and travel.
Kaushal Dave
Board Member
Born and brought up in Kenya, Kaushal came to the UK to study in 2008. He trained as a Biomedical Scientist with a MSc in Medical Microbiology - but left his clinical profession to pursue a career in management.
He has NHS management experience, both primary and secondary care, for more than a decade. His desire to be in such a position stem from wanting to help others and is something he feel extremely rewarded to be able to do.
Kaushal is currently the practice manager for Fernville Surgery. As well as being on the board of DHP Ltd, Kaushal represents the other practice managers in Dacorum on various committees that work with Herts and West Essex ICB to discuss and implement future services for patients.
Apart from work, his interests are in health and wellbeing activities such as hiking, climbing, water sports (basically anything outdoors). He used to play football for the Kenyan U16 & U18 National Team.
